  • Collaborate with Master Production Scheduler for materials readiness.
  • Support project teams, procurement, and production planning.
  • Track inventory levels to ensure manufacturing efficiency.
  • Coordinate solutions for arising issues and maintain accurate system dates.
  • Ensure high-quality data management in the ERP system.

Responsibilities
  • Daily ERP System Checks: Learn to use Oracle ASCP to monitor material availability and help convert system suggestions into purchase requests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Master Production Scheduler to ensure materials are ready for manufacturing, and help identify and resolve any potential delays.
  • Cross-Department Support: Act as a link between project teams, procurement, and production planning - helping everyone stay aligned and productive.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels to make sure manufacturing has what it needs, while also supporting company goals around cost and efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Help coordinate solutions when issues arise, and keep system dates accurate through regular communication with key stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Maintain high-quality data in our ERP system to support decision-making and operational success.
Qualifications
  • Have a recently attained university degree in a relevant engineering subject, supply chain or logistics
  • Have a desire to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Have good communication and organizational skills
  • Have sound computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Power Point etc.
