Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support the accounts payable process and reconcile supplier statements
  • Assist with month‑end close activities and cost reporting
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve invoice or payment queries
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
  • Provide general assistance to the wider finance team as required
About You
  • Finance, Accounting, or Business graduate with about 1-2 years' experience
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and organised approach
  • Confident using Excel and financial systems
