The company has experienced significant growth in the last 12 months and currently partners with over 25 golfing businesses, delivering and implementing detailed marketing and business development strategies. Our focus is on building exceptional relationships with all our clients using our shared passion for golf and business to produce results which enhance their golf business and in turn strengthen our long‑term relationship.

Digital Marketing Executive

Aquila Golf is recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to take responsibility for the social media channels for our golfing clients. This is an incredibly exciting role for someone with a passion for golf and social media with the freedom to be creative and deliver meaningful social media content for our wonderful clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating eye‑catching social media content for multiple clients
• Planning and scheduling regular social posts for multiple clients across multiple platforms – mainly Facebook and Instagram
• Analyse and report on the effectiveness of our organic social media performance
• Regularly monitor our clients’ social media platforms to identify and engage with potential and existing customers
• Research new trends and new platforms to ensure our offering is maximising all potential opportunities for our clients
• Managing the business social media channels and posting regular, engaging content to keep Aquila Golf in the public domain
• Involvement in producing email marketing campaigns for multiple clients

Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok
• A passion for golf with a sound understanding of the golf club environment is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A creative mind with a keen eye for attention to detail
• Good knowledge of broad digital marketing disciplines and terminology
• IT literate and fully proficient with basic Microsoft packages
• Previous experience in creating and delivering social media content would be a distinct advantage but is not essential
• Knowledge and experience in using Canva/Adobe would be desirable
• A willingness to commit to continuous learning and self‑education is essential
• A positive attitude with a desire to work in the golf industry

Salary from £22,500 per annum

35 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Remote and flexible working is available for the right candidate

The opportunity to visit golf clubs across the UK, attend golf events and network with people across the industry.

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential. The only essential is a knowledge and passion for golf…everything else we can teach you!
