Qualifications

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR administration.
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms – Workday preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings and interview coordination.
  • Prepare contracts and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Calculate annual leave and maintain absence records.
  • Administer maternity/paternity paperwork.
  • Support compensation updates and payroll reporting.
  • Manage employee benefits and reward schemes.
