Job summary

A leading tech business in Greater London is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. The role requires a confident generalist who can handle high visibility and influence, working closely with the CEO and overseeing 200 FTEs internationally. Flexibility is supported with a hybrid working model, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, alongside a competitive salary of up to £95,000. Immediate starts will be considered.

Qualifications

  • Ready for greater autonomy, visibility, and decision-making responsibility.
  • Must understand the value of reporting directly to a CEO.
  • Preferred experience working in collaboration with tech/IT client groups.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full end-to-end HR agenda for the business.
  • Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team as an advisor.
  • Take responsibility for an international population of approximately 200 FTE.
  • Lead a small international HR team while remaining hands-on.
