• Ability to deal with conflicting demands while maintaining accuracy.
• Experience in TUPE Transfers and associated legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR Employee Relations support.
• Handle HR cases in line with policies and legislative requirements.
• Support disciplinary and grievance cases.
