Responsibilities

• Receive and process UK orders, ensuring fulfillment.
• Manage and process export orders including documentation.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding orders.
• Manage 3PL communication and performance.
• Investigate discrepancies in deliveries and resolve issues.
