Global Digital Lead, Audi (9 month FTC)

This is a 9 month fixed term contract role with the potential to become a permanent position.

We are seeking a digital leader with deep expertise in media, mar‑tech and agile project management to drive our client’s digital transformation and lead a team delivering innovative, data‑driven marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global digital strategy and planning for a premium automotive client and deliver operational excellence across various PHD‑served markets.
  • Advance our client’s integrated marketing platform vision in close collaborations with a diverse partner landscape including consultancies, boutique agencies, Google or Amazon.
  • Drive innovation at the intersection of media, AdTech and Martech, enabling growth in one of the most dynamic categories.
  • Autonomously create and manage large‑scale, multi‑market digital maturity projects with precision, agility and a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Design and implement efficient processes that enable collaboration across complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and direction to your digital team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
About You

We are looking for a highly trained digital leader with exceptional category knowledge and an innovator mindset, who will have influence throughout the agency, be inspiring and challenging in front of our clients and cultivate digital excellence across our PHD‑served markets.   • Proven experience in digital media strategy, activation. Additional dedicated knowledge in the area of MarTech or AdTech.
  • Relevant experience in a similar global digital role.
  • Experience with automotive clients and/or in an international setting is highly advantageous.

  • Brilliant systems thinker & collaborator.
  • Resilience to master a highly dynamic and multi‑layered daily business. Willingness to travel up to twice a month.
  • Excellent project management skills.

Flexible Working

At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in‑person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
