Responsibilities

  • Deliver a 1st class level of customer service to clients.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers and other Maersk offices.
  • Continuously seek to improve service efficiency.
  • Ensure documents are processed accurately and timely.
  • Produce internal and external reports as required.
  • Monitor third party suppliers' performance for improvement.
  • Support clients in problem solving with an in-depth understanding.
  • Identify challenges in the clients supply chain process.
  • Attend required client and other meetings.
  • Participate in Supply Chain Management project teams.
