What you’ll do

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your entire pub.
You will:

✨Grow and develop your team
Coach, guide and inspire your leaders and emerging stars through 1:1s, reviews, training and daily support.

✨Own the business performance
Drive sales, manage budgets, forecast effectively and keep every part of the operation tight and efficient.

Partner closely with your Head Chef, Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager to keep the whole business humming.
