Great Bay Community College is seeking qualified applicants who are interested in adjunct teaching at the College on a course-by-course basis; strong academic background is required.
Semester: 2026 Spring Semester
Adjunct Faculty: Computer Information Systems and Information Systems Technology
Example: The instructor will be responsible for helping to prepare and to teach a 16 week freshman practicum curriculum course and complete day time observation visits in ECE settings for student observation. Course: Curriculum in ECE. The instructor must be familiar with and experienced teaching in an online or blended learning environment using a variety of platforms, including Zoom.

CIS 161: Fundamentals of Networking Security
IST 262: Advanced Network Security
Adjunct appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period and may require in classroom or online instruction.
The compensation rate is $825-$975 per contact hour, Compensation will be determined based on the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.
The minimum qualifications for the position are as follows:
Education: Minimum qualifications are Masters Degree in the specific subject or closely related field and three years’ experience in teaching, business, or industry in related field.
Experience: Five (5) years’ professional experience in the field of computer information systems or teaching
