A family-run garden centre in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Team Member to join their customer-focused team. This role requires excellent people skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to provide quality customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating tills, and merchandising products. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but full training will be provided. Full Time 37.5 Hours Per Week- Including Weekends
We are currently looking for a Team Member to work in our fast paced and very customer focused Centre. The successful candidates will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail.
This is a very hands‑on role and as such you will need to be proactive, organised and have good communication skills.
A good general knowledge of animals would be advantageous.
Previous retail/customer service experience preferred; however full training will be provided where necessary.
