Responsibilities

• Solid knowledge of furniture production, joinery, and woodworking machinery.
• Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills.
• Passion for quality, sustainability, and social impact.
• Hands-on leadership style, with line management experience.
• Being proactive, solution-focused, and approachable.
• Driving licence and ability to drive a 3.5t van.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a workshop, production team, or similar manufacturing environment.

• CNC experience.
