We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and help accelerate the delivery of ELI. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality software that meets business and customer needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting‑edge projects in the insurtech and legal tech space.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Develop and deliver custom components and configure platforms to align with business requirements.
• Work across front‑end and back‑end technologies, ensuring best practices in architecture, design, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of our AI‑driven product suite, including ELI.
• Occasionally engage with clients or internal teams to understand needs and provide technical guidance.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in C# for backend/API development.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies as needed.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Awareness of Azure services, particularly Azure AI and how OpenAI integrates within Azure.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based architectures and APIs.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills – ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
