Asset and Fulfilment Manager

Speedy are the UK’s leading hire provider offering a wide range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure depot performance against targets/budgets and manage all costs within agreed limits.
  • Maintain exemplary operational standards and depot aesthetics.
  • Uphold Health and Safety guidelines throughout depot operations.
  • Own stock and asset management processes including itemised, non‑itemised, transfers and ARP.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify issues or stock discrepancies.
  • Oversee purchasing of all depot equipment, tools and general orders.
  • Recruit, coach and provide feedback to depot employees, ensuring training and development needs are met in accordance with the Speedy Career Journey.
  • Allocate and process assets on Hire Contracts.
