This full-time position offers a salary between £28,000 and £29,000 annually. The role operates Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in a fully office-based environment. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the administrator plays a critical role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Duties

  • Maintaining an accurate company database and ensuring data quality.
  • Organizing and maintaining both paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Handling client registration information, documentation, and ID cards.
  • Assisting with course preparation and training room setup.
  • Supporting tutors and the team during training sessions.
  • Managing stock levels of stationery and promotional items.
  • Overseeing incoming and outgoing post and courier services.
