Location: Remote (occasional in-person sessions in London)

Type: Freelance, part-time (approx. 1 day/week, monthly retainer)

We’re Baboodle - the UK’s first baby equipment rental platform, on a mission to make parenting easier, more affordable, and way more sustainable.

Instead of buying prams, cots, and other kit that end up gathering dust (or worse - in landfill), families rent from us - saving money, reducing waste, and helping build a circular future for parenting.

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a freelance performance marketer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, dive into the data, and help us scale Baboodle’s paid media engine.

The Role

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our marketing team and freelance videographer to launch, analyse, and continuously optimise campaigns across Meta and Google, with the goal of lowering CAC, increasing ROAS, and scaling efficiently.

You’ll own our acquisition strategy end to end - turning budgets into results, and insights into creative direction.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves testing creative ideas, and knows how to use performance data to fuel growth.

What You’ll Do

Own our Acquisition Strategy

Turn budgets into results - and insights into next steps. You’ll lead on paid acquisition across Meta and Google, driving measurable growth and efficiency.

Build, optimise, and scale campaigns across Meta and Google (and explore new platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn when relevant).

Budget Management

Take ownership of media budgets and ensure every pound is performing.

Creative & Performance Analysis

Work closely with the Baboodle team and videographer to review ad performance, identify what’s working, and guide new creative production for upcoming shoots.

A/B test creative, audiences, bidding, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Deliver clear, actionable insights across CAC, ROAS, CPM, and conversion rates - with recommendations that feed into marketing strategy.

Partner with Baboodle’s marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and performance-led storytelling.

  • Strong, open collaboration with Baboodle’s in-house and freelance teams

Who You Are

  • 3+ years’ experience running paid campaigns for fast-growing brands (DTC, e-commerce, or subscription a bonus)
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Analytical mindset - fluent in ROAS, funnels, and dashboards
  • Strong creative instincts for testing scroll-stopping content
  • Proactive, curious, and commercially driven
  • Comfortable working closely with a small, high-energy team
  • Excited by sustainability, growth, and brands doing good
