Starting freelance, you’ll help us grow sustainably, beginning with general dentistry to build our patient base.

Key Responsibilities (Phased Approach)
Phase 1: General Dentistry Growth
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain patients for routine services via digital and community tactics.
  • Create patient‑friendly content (e.g., blogs, videos, infographics) explaining general dental care.
  • Oversee reputation management (reviews, testimonials).
  • Execute outreach such as loyalty programs or local events.
  • Track KPIs: Direct patient acquisitions (target: 15% growth), recall rates, ROI using Google Analytics.
  • Come on‑site as needed to train staff on strategies and gather authentic content (practice photos/videos).
Phase 2: Potential Expansion (After Proven Results)
  • Shift to referral growth for advanced treatments.
  • Build clinician relationships via visits, CPD events.
  • Track referral KPIs (volumes, conversions).
