Job summary

A nationwide property support company is seeking freelance Domestic Energy Assessors across the UK. In this role, you will create Energy Performance Certificates on an ad-hoc basis while enjoying the flexibility of accepting appointments. The position requires excellent communication skills, validity of public liability and professional indemnity insurance, and a valid Assessor ID. This is an entry-level, temporary position with base pay at £62 per appointment.

Freelance Domestic Energy Assessor role at Viewber | Nationwide Property Support

We’re currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK, who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are looking for additional work on an ad‑hoc basis.

Base Pay Range

£62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee) for properties with a maximum of 6 bedrooms. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
