Overview

Freelance Form F Assessor - Foster Care – Home Based (South West England). Freelance Independent role with flexibility to work remotely with travel within the South West region; highly competitive rate discussed at interview.

Location: Home Based
Salary: Highly competitive rate (to be discussed at interview)
Hours: As and when required

Responsibilities

• Conduct Form F Assessments for potential Foster Carers.
• Support potential Foster Carers throughout their application process.
• Provide professional supervision, access to training, and development opportunities for freelance assessors.
• Maintain high standards of quality in placement support and timely completion within agreed timeframes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker (DipSW or CQSW or equivalent).
• Current registration with the relevant Social Work regulatory council (e.g. Social Work England/Wales, NISCC, SSSC).
• Experience in carrying out Form F Assessments.
• Proven ability to work independently, to a high standard, and within given time scales.

We are recruiting Freelance Form F Assessors across the UK. If your area is not listed, we would still be very keen to hear from you. Significant additional payments may be available for travel in the South West for the next 6 months for assessments in that region.
