Location

New Store Opening in Linwood Phoenix Retail Park.

Hours: 8-16 hour contracts per week with the opportunity to work more hours.

Salary: £9.60 - £12.60 per hour.

Your role / Responsibilities

Here’s what a great day includes:

• Serve customers at the fragrance counter delivering excellent service and encouraging add‑on sales.
• Ensure the fragrance counter and wider store are well merchandised, maintaining a high level of presentation.
• Support the management team to achieve store targets.
• Opportunity to be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our fast‑growing piercing business in store (optional).

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience or interest in fragrance.
• Confident and clear communication skills.
• Passionate about retail and customer service.
• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills in fragrance.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided) (optional).
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change.
