Job summary

A fast-growing members club in London is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to help build an institutional-grade FP&A capability. You will cover new site underwriting, capex analysis, reporting, and data management. The ideal candidate will have a background in FP&A/analytics or a Big 4 environment, with experience in the leisure or hospitality sectors being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Background in Big 4 or FP&A/analytics within a real estate or operationally intensive business.
• Experience in leisure, hospitality, food & beverage, or membership/subscription models is advantageous.

Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

A fast‑growing, family‑focused members club is building out its FP&A function. Backed by one of the world’s largest private real estate investors, the business is scaling quickly with a strong pipeline of new sites and significant investment behind it.

Reporting to an experienced Head of FP&A, the two new hires will sit at the heart of the finance function covering new site underwriting and capex analysis, as well as reporting, dashboards and data.
