Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in a legal leadership role, ideally in a tech-centered environment.
• Ability to lead commercial contracts for SaaS agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
• Experience in navigating legal issues related to AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the legal function from the ground up as a strategic partner to leadership.
• Lead end-to-end commercial contracting with a focus on balancing risk and opportunity.
• Design employee equity programs ensuring compliance as the team scales.
• Support fundraising efforts by managing diligence processes.
• Drive AI, privacy, and regulatory strategy for compliance with evolving regulations.
• Protect intellectual property in collaboration with product and engineering.
