Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market end-to-end: positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging.
• Build and close pipeline across operators, cities, insurers, and strategic partners.
• Convert pilots into revenue through strong commercial offers.
• Lead brand and demand generation efforts.
• Build the commercial operating system including CRM and sales processes.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow the sales/marketing function.
