  • Actively contributing to business development initiatives and assisting the team with the development and expansion of client relationships

  • Technical excellence in structural analysis including use of software and knowledge of British and European codes of practice
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to proactively problem solve, often thinking outside of conventional or code-based approaches
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in structural site inspections, refurbishment of existing buildings, and design of remedial works solutions are preferred
  • Experience of working on technical disputes or in forensic investigations is a plus
  • Experience of international large scale projects is a plus
  • An appetite to support with identifying, developing and securing consultancy fee earning work
