Clancy have exciting opportunities available on the SSEN ED2 framework, and as result we have live opportunities for an experienced Foreman, based out Basingstoke (but working across sites on the SSE patch).
As a accomplished Foreman who thrives on change and embraces challenges including Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Fleet, Operational Delivery, and Customer Experience, your primary focus will be on managing people and performance, and we anticipate that you'll be eager to identify areas for improvement in work practices and service performance once you've settled into the role.

  • Reviewing and approving contractor method statements and risk assessments.
  • Conducting regular safety audits to identify hazards and implement necessary controls.
  • Managing vehicles and drivers to adhere to driving standards policies and the highway code.
