A leading educational institution in Cardiff is seeking a qualified FCA Football Coach to manage their Football program. The position requires a UEFA B license and offers a fixed-term contract until March 2026. You will be responsible for player management, training coordination, and player scouting. The role involves an expected weekly commitment of 8.5 hours, with fixed training schedules happening on weekdays, along with flexibility needed at times.
Salary: £20 per hour- Level 3 + above, £15 per hour- Level 2
An exciting vacancy is available as FCA Football Coach in the Sport, Tourism & Public Services department at Cardiff and the Vale College. This post will be based at our House of Sport Campus in Leckwith and the City Centre Campus.
Qualification — To be eligible for this role you will need to hold at least a UEFA B license in a Football Coaching qualification, recognised by the FAW and have at least two years' coaching experience.
Training sessions take place 4:00pm-5:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with games on a Wednesday from 12:00pm-4:00pm. The successful candidate will have a set schedule across these timings that will equate to 8.5 hours on a weekly basis. Although the timings will be set, some flexibility may be required at times.
Contract Please note that this is a fixed term contract until March 2026.
