A leading dough brand in the UK is seeking a Food Innovation Technologist to drive product development from concept to launch. This hybrid role involves a balance of hands-on culinary work and strategic input. Location: Head Office, Knutsford, Cheshire (5 days a week)
Hours: Mon–Thurs 08:45–17:15 | Fri 08:45–16:30 – flexibility offered around core hours

As a Food Innovation Technologist, you’ll play a pivotal role in concept-to-launch product development, blending culinary creativity with technical rigour. You’ll work across kitchen trials, compliance, and project management to deliver new products and evolve existing ranges.
