For our guests, our Food and Beverage Assistants are a valued point of contact. You’ll field all kinds of queries, and not just on food and drink, so you’ll need to know our business like the back of your freshly sanitised hand. This being a customer-facing role, great communication skills are a must, but you’ll also understand the value of listening. Some of our guests may have specific needs, such as dietary requirements, which will need relaying to the kitchen. So you’ll need attention to detail and to take care when communicating with colleagues.
