We’re on the lookout for a skilled FLT Driver / Labourer who can help keep our production wheels turning smoothly and safely. You’ll be shifting gear, stacking goods, clearing clutter, and basically being the silent hero behind every successful project.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keeping our warehouse/factory floor looking tidy, organised, safe.
• Driving that forklift like an absolute pro.
• Loading, unloading, moving, stacking, and generally making heavy stuff look easy.
• Keeping goods flowing from storage to site, and back again.
• Wrapping, packing, and prepping goods like a logistics ninja.
• Looking out for spills, hazards, or anything unsafe.
• Teaming up with the team to move materials.
• Spotting faults or damage early.
• Rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into general labouring (clean-ups, odd jobs, helping out wherever needed).

What We’re Looking For

• A current, accredited forklift licence (RTITB or equivalent).
• Previous experience on a site or factory floor.
• You’ve handled materials, machinery, or equipment before.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked in modular builds or big construction projects.
• Are self-motivated (you don’t wait around for a to-do list).
• Know how to bring good vibes to a team (we like a laugh).
• Understand health, safety, and environmental best practice – including ISO standards.
