A major automotive company in Glasgow is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to ensure accurate vehicle stock records and manage sales documentation. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organisational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy collaborating with team members. Applicants should be prepared to handle tasks like taxation of sold vehicles and production of sales invoices.
Full time: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Working in our busy, fast-moving Sales Administration department, you’ll be responsible for making sure our vehicle stock records are accurate and up to date.
Reporting to the Fleet Sales Supervisor, you will also ensure that vehicle sales are taxed and invoiced efficiently to ensure a smooth customer experience.
For this role, you will need a high level of organisation and accuracy, as well as the ability to work well with others.
