Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Description:

UAX is seeking a Fleet Lease Outside Coordinator to join ourgrowing team. The Outside Coordinator is responsible for managingthe intake, inspection, coordination, and movement of fleet/leasevehicles for auction preparation. This position works closely withinside sales, fleet/lease, lot and shop staff to ensure thatincoming vehicles meet condition standards and are processed in atimely and efficient manner for sale. The role requires strongattention to detail, a solid understanding of vehicle logistics, andthe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor auction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Fleet/Lease with preparing vehicles for auction sale.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and conditionreports, and verify vehicle information is accurate, not toexclude mileage, keys, etc.
  • Schedule and monitor services (e.g., reconditioning, bodywork, mechanical repairs, detailing) as needed.
  • Track vehicle inventory across auction lot or staging areasand ensure timely processing for upcoming sales.
  • Monitor vehicle readiness and prioritize work needed to meetauction deadlines.
  • Maintain high standards for vehicle presentation andcompliance with auction and client requirements.
  • Support auction day logistics including vehicle line-up, lotcoordination, and customer service when needed.
  • Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with federal,state, and company regulations.
Experience and Skills:

Physical Requirements
