Our fitness instructors play a crucial role at our retirement village by promoting health, wellness, and an active lifestyle among our residents. They design and lead engaging exercise programs tailored to the needs and abilities of seniors, helping to improve their physical fitness, mobility, and overall well-being. By fostering a supportive and motivating environment, our fitness instructors enhance the quality of life for our residents, encouraging social interaction and a sense of community.
Previous experience and qualifications in instructing classes is essential as this role requires teaching multiple classes on shift. Previous experience in working in spas or the fitness industry along with pool responder qualification and pool plant experience is desirable. Great patience and customer service with a proactive attitude will succeed in this role.
