We are seeking highly skilled and motivating Fitness Instructors

The centre includes a large gym, three studios, large pool space, soft play facility for up to 150 children, an 11-wall clip and climb facility, an 8-court sports hall, a café and squash courts.

As industry experts on the front line, the personalities, skills and knowledge of our Fitness Instructors are key to our customers achieving their objectives through providing personalised advice and guidance (both one-to-one and in group exercise classes). To be successful, they must possess outstanding interpersonal and motivational skills, be at least level 2 gym instructor qualified and be insistent on consistently delivering a first-class service.

Hours

18.5 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)

Requirements

• To assist support the gym users with exercise queries and programs on a day-to-day basis
• To provide the highest standards of customer service and safety at all times in accordance with the policies, procedures and systems
• To instruct fitness sessions, at various levels of ability on both a group and individual basis
• Professional related fitness qualification
• Level 2 fitness qualification (minimum)
