Pay Rates: Upto £12.71 per hour depending on age

Thoresby Hall Hotel has recently undergone an exciting Spa & Leisure refurbishment, and we’re expanding our team! We’re looking for a Fitness Instructor who can bring energy, expertise, and exceptional service to our beautifully refreshed facilities.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, engaging fitness classes and 1-to-1 sessions in our newly refurbished leisure spaces
• Create personalised programmes that help guests and members achieve real results
• Support and motivate everyone who walks through the door — always looking for ways to light people up and make their experience memorable
• Take full responsibility for each interaction, owning your experience and ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued
• Maintain high standards across the gym, pool, and spa areas with pride in every detail
• Contribute to a warm, uplifting atmosphere that complements our luxury hotel experience

Who You Are

• A qualified Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer
• Warm, approachable, and naturally generous in spirit
• Confident leading group exercise sessions and providing individual guidance
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and fitness services
