• Experience at fault finding fire alarm systems.
• Experience with reactive repair and maintenance within the residential block sector.
• Technical knowledge of fire alarm and emergency lighting.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of buildings within your geographical area.
• Keeping systems maintained and safe for continued use.
• Reporting & certification creation.
• Servicing and diagnostic repairs to various fire systems.
• Complete small and larger installations as part of a team or on your own.
• Project a high level of quality customer services always.

Requirements

• Experience at fault finding fire alarm systems
• Experience with reactive repair and maintenance within the residential block sector
• Technical knowledge of fire alarm and emergency lighting
• Knowledge of AOV is an advantage
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems to British Standards and BAFE
• FIA Certified or equivalent training
