• Technical background in the electrical/electronic industry.

• Experience of front-line customer contact preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Fire & Security systems per standards.
• Respond to service calls for Fire and Security systems.
• Plan and respond to routine and reactive visits.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding visits.
• Maintain stock levels with support from Stores team.
• Attend scheduled training sessions and team meetings.
