We're looking for an experienced and motivated Financial Controller to lead and strengthen BrisDoc's finance function ensuring we remain a financially sustainable, forward-thinking, and values-led healthcare organisation. You'll work closely with the Commercial & Finance Director and the Leadership Team, providing trusted financial insight, driving improvement, and helping ensure our resources deliver the greatest possible benefit to patients, people, and communities. Main duties of the job
As Financial Controller, you'll oversee all aspects of BrisDoc's financial management -- leading a talented team and ensuring robust financial governance, accurate reporting, and strategic insight that supports the organisation's mission and long-term success. You'll act as both a hands-on technical expert and a trusted strategic partner, providing high-quality financial information to support decision-making across all levels of the organisation.
