We’re looking for a strong, detail-focused Financial Accountant to join our Finance team. If you’re someone who enjoys hands‑on financial control, balance sheet ownership, and working within a fast‑paced, international environment, then Biesse UK could be the team for you.

About your role
  • Lead and review balance sheet reconciliations (main focus).
  • Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Manage Concur expense reviews and liaise with internal teams.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and Kyriba cash‑flow matching.
  • Complete intercompany cash‑pooling reconciliations.
  • Oversee month‑end activities in Oracle and prepare key journals.
  • Provide cover for AP/AR when required.
  • Process and reconcile intercompany invoices.
  • Support VAT returns, corporate tax tasks, and inventory counts.
About You
  • Qualified or part‑qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Strong technical grounding in UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Confident with reconciliations, month‑end close, and financial compliance.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS, Excel, Kyriba, or cash‑pooling is a plus.
