Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in financial operations, ideally having set up new reconciliation processes.
• Experience within a high growth business.
• Educational background preferred in finance or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve client account discrepancies.
• Automate and simplify processes using SQL/Python.
