Summary:

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative, project, and strategic support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This critical role serves as the central point of coordination for the entire Finance department leadership team and requires a professional who can anticipate needs, manage complexity, and maintain strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong financial acumen and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between the CFO, senior leadership team members, internal departments, and external partners (e.g., auditors, banks, investors).
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for critical meetings, including board meetings, leadership team meetings, and investor presentations
  • Attend key Finance leadership meetings, accurately taking minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up from all responsible parties
  • Assist in planning and executing team offsites, all team meetings, and other departmental events
  • Perform ad‑hoc research, data gathering, and analysis to support the CFO on special projects
  • Assist in the development and tracking of departmental budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proactively flag time‑sensitive issues and deadlines, managing the flow of information to and from the CFO to ensure priorities are met.
  • Support decision making through the delivery of accurate analysis and insight
