Fieldcare Supervisor – Hull – £13.70 per annum

About the Role

Fieldcare Supervisors with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our community service teams. We’re currently searching for fantastic Field Support Supervisors to lead our supported living service(s) in Hull. The service offers a welcoming, friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of colleagues to help people gain more independence in their daily lives.
• Develop and implement person-centred support plans.
• Conduct care needs assessments.
• Induct new colleagues.
• Complete supervisions and appraisals.
• Carry out medication competencies and medication audits.
• Attend multi‑disciplinary meetings.
• Produce reports and generally assist the Branch Manager in day‑to‑day service management.
• Participate in the on‑call rota as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care management role.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
