We’re looking for a Service Engineer based in Isle of Wight or Southampton. The Service Engineer role holds the responsibility for the technical support of our and resolution of ongoing issues when required. You will deliver a quality and reliable service to our customers and colleagues ensuring that reliability issues are dealt in a timely manner, and any issues with van stock or training needs will be reported back to the Head of Field Service. This is a part‑time role (3 days a week or half Monday to Friday)

Highlight issues where Account Support is required due to ongoing Customer Issues
Ability to demonstrate an understanding and experience in remit of the Field Engineers role

Understand when to inform and when to elevate issues.
Any other ad‑hoc duties and responsibilities that arise on a day to day basis or over a period of time that falls in the remit of the role.
