Logopak International Ltd is the UK subsidiary of Logopak Systeme – Europe’s leading manufacturer of Print & Apply labelling systems. With a 40-year heritage, our machines are trusted by leading manufacturers in Food & Beverage, Glass, Paper, Automotive, and E-commerce Distribution sectors.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to support our growing customer base across the UK and Northern Ireland.

Core Objectives
  • Attend and service customer sites across the UK & NI
  • Commission, install, repair, and maintain manual and automated labelling machinery
  • Provide on-site training and technical support to end-user stakeholders
  • Fault find to component level using engineering and electrical drawings
  • Communicate with customers on product ranges, updates, improvements, and sales opportunities
  • Encourage SLA and ad hoc service agreements with end users
  • Promote our label and ribbon consumables
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams: planning, engineering, and commercial
  • Maintain accurate electronic service reports, van stock records, and expenses
  • Provide remote support from home on non-travel days (telephone support, remote diagnostics, customer modifications)
  • Be flexible for occasional overnight stays (fully expensed)
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Electromechanical background
  • Skilled in fault finding with modern electronics, ideally to component level
  • Able to read and understand engineering and electrical schematics
  • Confident working with PCs and Windows-based software
  • PLC knowledge is a distinct advantage
  • Experience or understanding of pneumatics and light mechanics (training can be provided)
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proactive, self-organised and a team player
