Responsibilities

• Travel to NHS sites to carry out repairs to their vehicles.
• Maintain good relations with customers to ensure the company remains a preferred supplier.
• Provide expert technical support to customers during repairs.
• Report back to the customer service manager on any technical issues raised during repairs.
• Arrange overnight accommodation as required.
• Carry out minor repairs at the site as needed.
• Ideally have experience in coach building, with electrical skills.
