The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of care experience and NVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social Care. Abbots Care is an award-winning domiciliary community care provider in Hertfordshire (Watford) with a CQC rating of outstanding. Due to our continued growth, we are pleased to be recruiting an additional Field Care Supervisor to join our existing team. We are looking someone who enjoys working with a team of Care Assistants to support the care of our service users. We deliver outcome focused care and support and focus on a high quality service allowing plenty of time to meet service users needs. You will be carrying out Spot checks, completing care assessments, onboarding and mentoring our new care workers as well as delivering care when required.
We are looking for a passionate individual with a wealth of care experience and knowledge to support our Care Assistants and Service Users across our Hertfordshire branch. Within this role you will be proactive and responsive to ensure that our service users receive our outstanding care deliver standards. This role will require you to work closely with our operational team and our field based care assistants to communicate and deliver on our company values.
