Festive Colleague Nights – Taunton Superstore

Join us as a Festive Colleague for the holiday season at Tesco Taunton Superstore. There are many opportunities and shifts available.

Pay: Tesco colleague rate starts from £12.64 an hour; £13.85 inside the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

We need you to tackle a range of tasks, from serving customers and stocking shelves, to picking orders for home delivery. No experience is required – just the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• You’ll help deliver Christmas cheer across the nation.
• You’ll provide support in store during the busy festive period.
• You could be stocking shelves and ensuring products are in place.
• You could be serving customers and putting together orders for our Click & Collect service.
• Whatever the task, you’ll take pride in ensuring customers get a brilliant experience.

Requirements

• Passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
• Ability to build rapport with customers, so they leave the store having a great shopping trip.
• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers.
• Work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
