Looking for a Fulfilling and Rewarding Job where you can Develop Lifelong Skills? We’re currently looking for Support Workers within Northallerton & surrounding areas, available to work within our Supported Living properties.
Due to requirements of the people we support, applicants must be female (this is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010). You must also hold a full-UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle which can be used for work purposes.
Available shift patterns are varied, with hours of work which can include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and sleepover shifts – flexibility is key for this role! We’re therefore open to applicants requiring full-time or part-time hours (minimum 16 hours per week).
This is a varied and meaningful role where you will be helping the people you support to live the life they choose.
You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications – we’re simply looking for compassionate and caring individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference to people’s lives and delivering the highest possible quality of care.
