At Lifeways, we’re looking for a compassionate full‑time Female Support Workers to join our warm and welcoming team in Leicester. A Full UK driving licence is essential.

Shift Pattern
  • Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
  • Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
  • Night shifts: sleeping and waking night
  • Full flexibility to work the above shifts is required, including Weekends on a rota basis

  • Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
