Job description

You will be an advocate for young carers championing their rights and raising general awareness. You will be an energetic, solution focused and organised to ensure the best outcomes for young carers and their families. You will provide coordinated and effective support for young carers and their families, helping them overcome difficulties.

Acting as the main point of contact for families, you will lead on Early Help Assessments (EHA) and coordinate multi-agency support in line with Bolton’s Framework for Action and BLGC’s Safeguarding policies
